Reports - Open Existing Report

To use an existing report (either one you have created yourself or a factory-supplied Sample Report), select the Open Existing Report tab in the Reports - Report dialog.

• Factory-supplied Sample Reports are included in the AGi32 installation.
• The contents of the report may be modified as desired.
• All content on the Master Page will be included on all of the pages of the report. (The Master Page is not itself a page in the report.)

The Open Existing Report tab is only available if Report Files are found in the folder specified in the PageBuilderReports folder (Tools-System Settings-File System). If you have specified an alternate location for the PageBuilderReports folder in System Settings (e.g., to a network drive to make them available to all AGi32 users on a shared drive), you will need to manually copy the existing report files (*.PBR files) into this folder to make them available.

Opening a Different Existing Report (a Report is Already Open)

If there is a report currently open and you choose to replace it with a different report, AGi32 will reconfirm that you wish to delete the current report. This command cannot be undone.

1. From the Reports menu, choose Open Report, or in the Reports Toolkit select .
2. Choose the Existing Report that is desired.
3. Click OK.
