This includes access to the latest software in production and priority support ticket, email and telephone assistance. All users have direct access to our online Helpdesk where you will find a detailed Knowledgebase and the ability to submit a Support Ticket .
Opening a Support Ticket
Using our ticketing system for technical support is by far the most expedient method of obtaining technical support (telephone calls and emails almost always end up as tickets!). There are several ways to submit a ticket:
- From the AGi32 Help menu (inside the software), select "Submit Support Ticket".
- Go to www.lightinganalysts.com, select "Submit a Ticket" from the Support Menu. The hyperlink above goes to this location as well.
- Go to our Helpdesk directly and login. Everyone must create an account to submit a ticket. Simply use your email address and a password of your choice.
