Help Topics... This link opens this Help file. It is called locally as HTML Help and is not truly an online resource. The help is also available online.
Support Portal... This link opens Lighting Analysts online portal for technical support (Helpdesk). Form this point you have easy access to community Forums, Knowledgebase and the ability to submit a support ticket.
Knowledgebase... Lighting Analysts Knowledgebase is the best place to begin self help. Search for any key word or phrase and you may find valuable information to assist you immediately.
Submit Support Ticket... The Submit Support Ticket link allows you to contact our Customer Care department directly. When accessing this link from within AGi32 your local user and computer information is extracted automatically and sent to Customer Care for speedy resolutions. You can also submit a ticket directly from our website (without your system information) or create a ticket directly while in the helpdesk.
Release Notes... Access the current release notes describing enhancements, fixes and other changes.
E-Store... Go to our online store to shop or log in and download from your permanent account.
