CIBSE TM14 File Format

This photometric format was developed under the direction of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE). The most current standard is Technical Memoranda 14 published in 1988.

The ASCII file format is shown below. This is exactly how any TM14 format file should appear when listed directly from a text editor. The standard for this format is available from CIBSE directly.

Each line marked with an asterisk must begin a new line. The asterisks should not be included in the data file.  Descriptions enclosed by the brackets "<" and ">" refer to the actual data stored on that line.
