IES Flood Report Candela Array

The candela array tab displays candela values for each angle pair (horizontal, vertical) in the entire exploration. Values within the ClosedNEMA beam designation (10% avg. max. cd.) are shown prefaced with a star. This is the same candela array contained in the IES photometric file.
