Viewpoints in Model Mode - Concepts
A Viewpoint is a view of the environment that you would like to access repeatedly or use in Reports. It is similar to Previous View, except that it is saved with the file, and it can be inserted into a report (in a Viewport). Viewpoints are extremely handy in large projects for keeping various sections of your project easily accessible without interactive panning and zooming.
General notes
- Viewpoints are not backwards compatible (will not be recognized if the AGI file is opened in a version of AGi32 prior to v17.1).
- If opened in a version of AGi32 that is older than v17.1, the Viewpoint will be displayed with View Type = Extents.
