Delete Room Opening
Openings in a Room surface can be deleted by selecting Modify - Room - Opening - Delete and selecting Single, Window or All.
1. Select
the Room - Opening - Delete command
from the Modify menu, or in the Rooms/Objects
Toolkit click on the Delete Room Opening button to delete a single opening
, or click the down-arrow next to the button and select Single, Window or All.
- For a Single Opening, select the room Opening with the pickbox. May continue to select individual Openings with pickbox.
- For multiple Openings, click opposite corners of a rectangle that selects at least part of each Opening to be deleted.
2. The Command Line will show the number of Openings selected. Right click to confirm your selection and delete the opening, or press Esc to cancel the command.
NOTE: If an object, e.g., a window, was inserted into the Opening, the Object will not be deleted when the Opening is deleted.
