Luminaire Collections - Collection Manager
The Collection Manager is accessed from the Collections toolbar Manage button and anytime you add a new Collection.
- Select Collection - Select Collection (click) and then click Select
- Create new Collection - Collection Name must be a valid filename
- Rename Collection - To rename a Collection, click name to give focus and then click again to enter edit name (must be a valid filename). Cannot rename In-Use or Collections with errors.
- Delete Collections - Deleted Collections are sent to the recycle bin (i.e. can be recovered if necessary). Collections deleted from a shared network folder are sent to the recycle bin on the computer from which it was deleted. Can not delete In-Use Collections.
- Displays all Collections found, number of definitions in each Collection and Collection Status (below).
- Full Access - Collection is currently not In-Use by any user
- In-Use (read-only) - Collection is In-Use by the indicated user. Can select definition from Collection, but can not make any changes to the Collection (read-only).
- In-Use and Locked - Collection is In-Use and Locked (being modified) by the indicated user. When locked, can not select definition or change Collection (i.e. view-only)
- Error - A problem was encountered while attempting to read the Collection. Status includes the error message.
